Real estate development and land investment firm BTI Partners has started construction of the 150-slip full-service marina able to accommodate large vessels. InvestRes has sold a two-property multifamily portfolio in Bradenton, Fla., for $28.8 million. MNA Properties acquired Treesdale, a 197-unit condo asset, and Oakmeade, a 100-unit fully affordable community. CBRE assisted both parties in the deal. According to Yardi Matrix data, InvestRes purchased both assets in 2012 for a total of $7.1 million.

Bank OZK executives, when they acquired high-flying St. Petersburg-based C1 Bank — in a $402 million purchase announced four years ago this week — said they planned to make a big splash in the market.
