The Western & Central Florida Cooperator’s Condo, HOA & Co-op Expo

Mark your calendar! The Western & Central Florida Cooperator’s first annual Condo, HOA & Co-op Expo will be coming to the Tampa Convention Center on Tuesday, December 9th from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Thanks to more than 150 vendors in attendance, a full roster of educational programming, and its convenient Tampa Bay area location, this is a must-attend event for everyone in the area's condo, HOA and co-op industry—and admission is FREE! (Visit www.tampa-expo.com for registration details and more information.) It’s a one-stop marketplace for vendors, products and ideas you can't afford to miss.

The Western & Central Florida Cooperator’sExpo is entirely dedicated to connecting condo, HOA, co-op managers, board members, building owners and residents with the professionals and service providers their communities need—in-person, face-to-face, and in real time.

A Learning Experience

One of the main reasons board members, managers, and owners to visit the show is The Western & Central Florida Cooperator Expo’s free educational seminars. The 2014 seminar panels will provide in-depth discussion of the legal, administrative, management, and financial concerns pertinent to the region's HOA managers, board members, and residents—and many will offer CEU or CAM credits. These free seminars are specifically designed to help anyone involved in the administration of a residential building, condo or homeowners association in Florida. All registered attendees can earn CEUs and CAM certification credit through their attendance at one or more of the seminars.

Seminar presenters include the law firm of PeytonBolin, PL; Associa, a nationwide property management firm; SNAP Collections by AFS, a financial services and collections firm; and the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR). The Western & Central Florida Cooperator will also be presenting a series of seminars addressing legal, maintenance and management topics.

Free Help and Advice

Admission isn't the only thing that's free at the Expo—in addition to networking and education opportunities, the Expo will feature free advice booths staffed by professionals from a wide array of industries, waiting to answer any and all community association and building-related questions you might have. If you have legal questions about your association, financial questions, or questions about day-to-day management of your building community, you can stop by one of the booths for answers from leading legal, management, maintenance and financial professionals.

Winner, Winner

And attending the Expo can make you a winner. The event will feature dozens of raffles and giveaways throughout the day—including the Grand Prize Reserve Fund giveaway, courtesy of The Western & Central Cooperator and Yale Robbins Publications LLC. One attendee’s name will be drawn at random to win a $2,500 contribution to their building or association's reserve fund. The winner will be drawn after registration has closed, and a check for the winnings will be made payable to the winner’s association, care of their management company. Only board members qualify to enter the reserve fund drawing, and attendance at the Expo is required for eligibility. For complete details on how to enter the reserve fund drawing, visit the Expo website, www.tampa-expo.com.
